  • Latin 1

    This is continuation of Latin 1A. While introducing new grammatical items, Latin 1B simultaneously reviews and integrates items already met in Latin 1A. The class also includes the presentation of historical characters and situations that illustrate Roman life in the first century C.E.
  • Latin 7

    In this Latin 1A, students will study several elements including vocabulary, grammar and syntax, and culture. Objectives include reading, writing, and interpreting Latin, as well as developing an understanding of the social and political history of the Romans.
  • Spanish 5th

    The overall objective of the fifth grade Spanish courses is to encourage Spanish language proficiency and to develop, reinforce, and refine communicative competency in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and culture. Students will gain an understanding of how the language is acquired and how they can use this to express themselves linguistically. Students also acquire a basic understanding and appreciation of the diversity of cultures in the Spanish-speaking world.
  • Spanish 6th

    The overall objective of the sixth grade Spanish courses is to encourage Spanish language proficiency and to develop, reinforce, and refine communicative competency in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and culture. Students will gain an understanding of how the language is acquired and how they can use this to express themselves linguistically. Students also acquire a basic understanding and appreciation of the diversity of cultures in the Spanish-speaking world.
