CITs are critical to the effective and efficient operation of Arts at Laguna. As all CITs were once Arts at Laguna campers themselves, they provide invaluable information about the camp and what makes it special. Working alongside a seasoned counselor, CITs develop important life and leadership skills such as communication, problem solving, and cooperation—all in the same fun, loving, and creative culture that kept them coming back as campers summer after summer.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR COUNSELORS IN TRAINING

• Must have attended Arts at Laguna as a camper
• Must have completed seventh grade
